Summary

Currently the config only allow one port, but we actually need multiple ports, because RKE2 requires to check cacert from port 9345

and it points to kube vip and it doesn't work.

To make this work, this might work kube-vip/kube-vip#744

current workaround is using rke2_api_private_ip
