Command-Dialog with remote capability for search

Hi, please regard this is a feature request or idea, if it's against good UI / UX please disregard.

I tried to create a combination of the Combobox (for typeahead search with a remote URL) with the Command UI.
So I would be able to type my search terms into the command search field, and the remote result list would be loaded into the Command dialog's list. Something like a Commandobox. Unfortunately my JS skills are not good enough to move the results from TomSelect's built-in dropdown to Commando's result list.

Is this something you had planned? I think this feature can be seen on many shop websites currently so the average user would be familiar with it.
