Feature Enhancement: Framed Panels

This is a request for an additional panel type: Framed Panels. Made with two blocks like Framed Blocks, a Framed Panel would have the different frame types on one side only. As a style designer, having access to a framed panel would allow me to make more interesting and appealing builds, while providing more interior space for the build.
