Project start based on TH version

some programs are needed to run the project
- Visual Studio VS2019
- SQL SERVER 2017 or higher used to create the database that will be used
- Pangya Client PangYa TH 829.01 used to connect to the server
- Pangya ProjectG ProjectG Unpacked 829.01
the first project to be run will be AuthServer, because the same thing will be to sync all servers
edit or .ini files to connect to the online server or localhost
open projectG with some hex editor and search for: "202.9.90.34" by your ip address
