现在是无论开不开clash只要把Firefox的proxy设置为127.0.0.1:7890，ip helper就会爆炸，改成别的端口就没事 |

开启Allow lan后，客户端无法连接，而且本地地址也无法使用了
ip helper服务大量占用cpu，即使关闭allow lan也难以缓解，需要重启系统
