TUN模式下经常链接断开

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

1. 关闭自动关闭连接
2. 关闭开启内建增强服务
3. 关闭clash字段过滤
4. 开启服务模式
5. 关闭系统代理开启Tun模式

预期行为 / Expected behavior

与系统代理模式一样正常链接网络

实际行为 / Actual behavior

1. 使用devtools查看网页链接，部分请求状态为net::ERROR_CONNECTION_CLOSED，刷新后正常，但是下一次刷新可能又链接关闭
2. steam经常断线重连，右下角经常弹出某好友正在游玩XXX
3. 查看GUI连接部分，偶尔能看到突然一整页清空（同时网页请求失败）之后又开始慢慢连接上一个个请求
