High battery consumption with version 0.26

Steps to reproduce

I have noticed that when I use the app on my smartphone, a Realme GT Neo 2

Android 13, the battery consumption increases dramatically when I play videos.

I didn't have this with earlier libretube versions.

Expected behavior

High battery consumption with version 0.26
