Decommissioning of GraphDB Cloud #67

As of 30 July the GraphDB Cloud service will be decommissioned.

This will effect on the following content of this tutorial, which will not work anymore:

00-01-Check-Internet-Connection.ipynb
01-02-Query-a-knowledge-base-with-SPARQL

There is a need to instantiate a new triple store and change URLs accordingly.
