Using a laptop dual display setup with external monitor as main display, desktop customize is affecting the wrong desktop.

Steps to reproduce

Use a laptop dual display configuration and set external monitor as main display.
Try to customize it like Auto-arrange, Reverse sort, etc..
It will affect the wrong desktop.

Expected behavior

The customization should affect the correct desktop.
