When you put a full screen of the video in the browser and then open an application from the bottom bar, nothing happens

Steps to reproduce

1- full screen of the video in the browser
2-Click on the Linux Matt button
3-I open any application from the bottom bar and nothing happens

Expected behavior

When the video is played, the full screen is opened and an application is opened from the bottom bar
