The current pom.xml dependency

io.spring.initializr initializr-web 1.0.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT

Cause a maven dependency issue in loading into plain old Eclipse Neon.

I fixed it with

io.spring.initializr initializr-web 0.3.0.RELEASE
