How To Add Global Rule Validator In V3

Hello, i have custom rule for my input.
Based on https://vee-validate.logaretm.com/v3/guide/basics.html#adding-rules, VeeValidate can be added new rules each form.
My custom rule, can use in another form in another file. How to implement ? Thanks :)

You can add the rule in the main.js file, assuming you use the VueCLI boilerplate

In your main.js file, extend the rules you need:
