Validation without entering the input

Hello,
I have a form with different rules, but if I don't enter the inputs, the validation is always wrong and the form button is not activated.

I am using vue2, vuetify, vee-validate 3

Not sure, it can be due to many things. Please try to create a live sample for this using codesandbox or stackblitz
