Just doesnt work - update until you resize browser

I am running mamp.

Followed instructions.

Tried to access the site on an IE laptop.

Doesnt work.

Sorry update on this, it does work (in IE 8). However only after you have resized the browser window.

temporary fix seems to make it work.

same issue. It works a lot of times but every now and then it doesn't, only after a resize.
