Describe the bug

Students receive an incorrect plagiarism error message when no due date is set for the exercise. Instead, we should inform the students that the due date has not passed yet, and therefore, the plagiarism check has not been fully completed.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a Programming Exercise without a due date
  2. Do the exercise as 2 Students and upload identical sumbissions
  3. Run the plagiarism check as instructor
  4. Send out notification to the student
  5. Try to view plagiarism case

Expected behavior

A proper message should be displayed to the student instead of an HTTP ‘Forbidden’ error, as this can be misleading.
