Edit button **for a deleted team** has a bug

Describe the bug

Edit button for a deleted team on the Course Management/Course_Name/Exercises/Project_Work/Teams/
does nothing when clicked from the Tutor role perspective. The page also freezes and one has to reload in order to use Artemis again.
Also, you cannot properly delete a team, you can just remove the teammates and/or change the name.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to:

• properly delete a team OR if this is not possible, we should be able to edit the deleted team without making the entire page freeze
