mraplot.cc error at compilation #388

Compilation of mraplot binary fails, therefore madness installation fails too.

I suggest this change in src/madness/mra/mraplot.cc:

-        archive::ParallelInputArchive<BinaryFstreamInputArchive> ar(world, input_filename.c_str());
+        archive::ParallelInputArchive<madness::archive::BinaryFstreamInputArchive> ar(world, input_filename.c_str());

I am not sure it works correctly, but it does build now.
