Issue location in assembly (use format chromosome:start-end, e.g., chr13_MATERNAL:3740148-9625296)

chr16_PATERNAL:45735392-45828318

Description of the issue

There's an apparent misassembly at chr16_PATERNAL:45,735,392-45,828,318 as evidenced by these screenshots:
