Just a question: any way to add a tag property to the log messages?

Maybe a combination of NLog.Targets.ElasticSearch and NLog.EcsLayout:

  <target xsi:type="ElasticSearch" enableJsonLayout="true">
       <layout xsi:type="EcsLayout">
          <metadata name="MyProperty" layout="MyPropertyValue" /> <!-- repeated, optional -->
          <label name="MyLabel" layout="MyLabelValue" />          <!-- repeated, optional -->
          <tag layout="MyTagValue" />                             <!-- repeated, optional -->
       </layout>
   </target>

Where EcsLayout has support for specifying Tags.
