disable plugins

hello dear mattermost users/team

When trying to add new plugins to mattermost all other pluggins seem to get disabled or completely stop working (even the new plugin)
Is this issue becuase we're using the free version or is it a bug? and is there any limit to how many plugins we can add to the free version?
These are the plugins that are currently installed
1.Agenda
2.Calls
3.Mattermost boards
4.Mattermost RTL
5.Matterpoll
6.Todo
7.Voice

Just so I understand correctly, this error only shows up just after installing a new plugin? Do the errors persist after restarting the server?

I apologize for the delayed response I've been busy performing tests to try and resolve this issue but so far nothing has worked. After adding a new plugin old plugins randomly get disabled and I have to disable the new plugin for the old ones to work properly even restarting the server doesn't change anything for now it seems like adding more than 7 plugins the 8th plugin has issues(error's are random) or an old plugin(or all) gets randomly disabled currently I cannot add more than 7 plugins
