RN: Add emoji picker in mobile app keyboard topbar

Add a Emoji button to the post quick actions. This Emoji button will open the emoji picker. Once an emoji is picked, it will fill the input box with the emoji where the cursor is, with a trailing space.

In order to make up space for the emoji quick action, the “attach image” option will be merged with the “attach image from camera” option. Right now, “attach image from camera” opens the bottom sheet to show select between video or picture. Now it will show a third option, “Choose from photo library”.

You can see in the figma link the prototype of what is desired.
