Get the version of goo.gl lite (1.9) that uses OAuth approved

Issues raised (see "Mozilla Add-ons: goo.gl lite 1.9 Preliminary Reviewed" email) were:

  • Including another add-on within mine. It's using the oauthorizer addon essentially as a library.
  • Synchronous XMLHttpRequests (part of oauthorizer IIRC).

They are no longer allowing preiminarily-approved addons. 1.9 has thus been disabled, and people will only be able to use the OAuth version once it's fully approved.
