Movement or easier access of new field button in fileclass fields tab

Hello,
I hope all is well with you and your family.

I was wondering if there was a way to move the button to make a new field in the file class field tab.

Its location is fine when you have a couple fields, but when have enough that it allows you to scroll up and down, it becomes cumbersome to have to scroll all the way down to click it. Perhaps it can be unpinned moved around sort of like the images with image tool kit. or maybe a some sort of hotkey to create one on the go?
