[bug] issue with settings sync sometimes though with pipes

there is definitely an issue with settings sync sometimes though

in search for example when i do this:

• search is open
• i change AI provider in settings
• search should work

atm i need to restart things manually to sync for some reason (i know settings is a bit hacky atm in pipes, could be better, ideally screenpipe-js expose a react hook but i have no experience doing this and having sdk for node, browser, and react)
