Get ideas from field_plotter.py and create_single_image.py

rescale colorbar to fit figure height
Plotting: add easy selection of region to plot (i.e. Lofoten, west-coast, ..) #20
add options to have multiple subfigures and plot multiple fields at once. Nice to plot forcing at the same time?
figure out how to easily select depth layers
add contour plotting option for: h, zeta, ...
add other plots like quiver, streamline or see here for other ideas
...
when done: remove all scripts in plots/archived_scripts
