RFC: Aggregate Exposure #5

Status

Draft.

Problem

User does not have spatial information regarding the exposure/building. Sometimes there's only tabular file in the aggregate form such as:

asset	village_name	number
SEKOLAH	RAWAJATI	5
MASJID	RAWAJATI	4
MUSHOLLA	RAWAJATI	14

This information still useful to make DaLA calculation more complete and realistic.

Flow

User must define, which asset on which Geolevel still doesn't have asset information
