Build Version: 20230810.1

Repro Steps:

  1. Install the Azure Databases extension from VSIX.
  2. Set the color theme is Light.
  3. Check whether the "Azure Databases " icon is visible in the Workspace view.

Expect:
The "Azure Databases" icon is visible in the Workspace view.

Actual:
The "Azure Databases" icon is invisible in the Workspace view.

More Info:
This issue doesn't reproduce when the color theme is other themes.
