The Collection View for MongoDB Clusters currently struggles with window resizing, leading to a bad user experience.

Review recent fixes from @bk201- related to layout and responsiveness.
Update the responsive design for MongoDB Clusters to ensure that the layout adapts smoothly to changes in window size, maintaining usability and visibility of all elements.
- Revisit adjustments for both width and height of the view to ensure full responsiveness.
