The extension is always in activating state and it's causing visual studio code to lag when i try to format the code

@zlim1 Can you provide more info? Such as screenshots? What do you mean by "activating state"? Or set C_Cpp.loggingLevel to "Debug" and look in the C/C++ logging pane. Our extension won't format at all if it hasn't fully activated.

after clicking the c/c++ intellisense extention its showing installing only but coudnt install even i have good internet connection how to solve this problem
