"Info" and "Gallery" are identical in appearance when I first land on the candidate page, I have no idea where I am.

Replication:

navigate to https://mk-peerage-staging.herokuapp.com/chambers/laurel/candidates
select candidate Thomas Morley (Music)
view "Info" "Gallery" links, they have the same appearance

I changed this to separate pages for documents vs comments, which is still not great, but probably less confusing. I want to think about this more.
