  1. Because -1 has different handshapes, I assume these are either unlabeled, or "other". Is that correct?
  2. I understand the number in parenthesis 0(1) is the ID from the usa.png file

I was wondering if there is a file with the indexes in order (the number not in parenthesis)? I checked the swiss, south African and auslan but didn't seem to match.

I would like to add a document for all of the hand shapes you identified with their matching sign-writing icon (for clarity).

Not sure what you mean, but the indexes can be accessed via the canonical table you asked about before.
