The feature, motivation（功能、动机）
当前文档内对动态修改配置的其中一个方法是在生命周期函数
onConfigLoad生命周期中修改 里去操作，但是现在各个组件有不同的表现，比如@midway/typeorm、@midway/bull这样做是可以的，但是有些组件比如@midway/kafka、@midway/mongoose这些又不行，甚至没有办法动态设置配置。 这里能把所有组件行为改一致吗？Alternatives（替代方案）
