Provide desktop entry

First of all incredible piece of software I love it!

Would be great to have a desktop entry by default.

Currently I run this with:

flatpak run it.mijorus.gearlever

Is there a better way to run this entirely from the UI by default after you install it via flathub?

There is probably something wrong with your flatpak installation.
This problem may happen when the installation is incomplete, because flatpak should automatically add new apps to the desktop.

You might need to restart the system or declare some system variables.
