dockerfile: Support --chmod with non-octal notation -> didn't works & doc not updated #5611

Dear all,

According to #1951, it seems fixed.

But the documentation is not updated: https://docs.docker.com/reference/dockerfile/#copy---chown---chmod

Moreover, if I try via:
COPY --from=npm --chown=XXX:XXX --chmod=u=rwX,g=rX /tmp /tmp

I receive this issue:
failed to solve: invalid chmod parameter: 'u=rwX,g=rX'. it should be octal string and between 0 and 07777

I'm using docker 27.4.1 with buildkit v0.17.3.
