2019-2020 Promotion, Not Promoted - grade 4 to 5

in YR 2019, they were grade 4. now they should be in grade 5. but those students are not appeared in the school(YR2019 or YR2020).
when searching, they appeared without a school.

• Did the school complained on this ? if so they can search by NSID and admit them to the correct grade.
