In the page https://api.monarchinitiative.org/api/ we should include more details about the BioLink API. Perhaps using text from this ReadMe file https://github.com/biolink/biolink-api/blob/master/README.md

@pnrobinson suggested adding the following (see the request in the monarch-ui repo):

What is the BioLink API?
What are the things it can do?
Who is it intended for?
