Enabling enable_vertical_digilines_connectivity breaks digiline-tubes

Either the wording is wrong or there is really a bug:

Especially this part "This breaks expected behavior with digiline conducting tubes"

What good is it that e.g. autocrafter can get signals from below, if the tubes can't deliver it.

#146 reverts to old default behaviour but doesn't fix the bug. It also shortens the comment. See discussion of PR #146
