Document Analytics Export Headers

Its not self-evident what the export headers mean.

We should document these in the app somewhere (A little ? icon next to the export button perhaps), or directly on an in-app view of the analytics.

Shown: Number of times that that specific suggestion was shown
Click Rate: The proportion of people who clicked on that suggestion when it was shown
Answer Rate: The proportion of people who did not submit their request after clicking the suggestion
