installed the kernel as described but can't run b>10 and sample rate no more than 50kHz.
what I'm doing wrong?

I am having the same problem. I installed the kernel but b>8 does not work and total sample rate is always below 50kHz.

@saiddonmez @wncrazy Please try with older raspbian image, e.g. https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspios_armhf/images/raspios_armhf-2020-05-28/2020-05-27-raspios-buster-armhf.zip
spi.c was refactored in later linux kernels. Patch instructions likely need updating

you can also remove the delay in the spi.c and it will work
