In GENERIC_STAR_TRACKER_DATA_TLM, the components are STAR_TRACKER_Q0, 1, 2, 3
In SIM_42_TRUTH_DATA, the components are QN_1, 2, 3, 4

Change all the quaternion component indices to be 0, 1, 2, 3. Check if there are any other telemetry packets that use 1, 2, 3, 4 and fix them also.
