Summary

Display regression of menu in snapshots causing text to be cut off.

Expected vs Current Behavior

Title is cut off and should be aligned so that it is not

Steps to Reproduce

Take a snapshot and save it to snapshots, not a notebook
Expand the snapshot drawer from the snapshots icon in the notifications area
Click the three dot menu in a snapshot
Observe the Title items (left side of menu) is cut off, description is fine

Browser:
