When the Time Conductor is in Fixed Time mode, the Gantt view Marcus Bains (MB) line must automatically update its position to align with "now", but doesn't.
Expected vs Current Behavior
If switching from Real-time to Fixed, the MB line will stay frozen at its current position and not update. Refreshing the page or tracking TC ticks will update it's position, but it doesn't update by itself.
