Enhancement: Add generator get_creatable_entities()

Add entity generators to make it easier to add tests and improve test coverage.

This is a great opportunity for us to load data easily into the database and run realistic tests on this plugin while minimizing the amount of "that won't work because Zoom doesn't have a test environment" restrictions.
