Trash bin: Improve visibility with many calendars

A customer and I recently struggled to find the calendar trash bin. They have many calendars, but everything still fits into the list without scrolling—except for accessing the trash bin, which required scrolling 🙈.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the Trash bin, like Calendar settings, always visible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It's really edgy, and I think it's also fine to keep the current way.
