I added the updated svg so that it can be compared as well. P.S. The more general graph rendering would be useful for this project - because phylo hierarchies are not trees. D3.js also does not cut it anymore - the renders are ugly, labels overlap, not even mentioning how much hassle it is because it only works in a browser. We need to write a custom renderer for our "trees", including this one. |

Added clades... I had to make a choice of where to place XEC and XDV. The color update also didn't work quite as expected....
