Beta Endpoints Procedure

Hi @nicklaw5 and @echosa,

As Twitch continues to push more endpoints out in their "beta" which normally lasts one month, what would you like us to do with these? On occasion, it has resulted in breaking changes which has meant a major version bump.

Do we want to:

• add them as is, make changes after beta and not promote a major version change despite (maybe add a note in the code while in beta)
• add them and upgrade if required into a major version
• not add them until they are stable
