Request: Automatic Copypasta filtering

Would love it if the BTTV extension could automatically filter copypastas from chat. Suggested algorithm for detecting copypastas would be something like: Message length over x characters and seen an identical message n times before. Maybe make x and n configurable, but x=50 and n=2 (or even 1) would probably be fine.
