My PC doesn't see my wife's Android Smartphone #262

Hi,
I had 2 issues with Nitroshare :

My wife can send pictures from her Android Smartphone (Mi A2 Lite) to my PC but my PC doesn't see her smartphone
Nitroshare is continuously sending me notifications to tell me my Oneplus One is connecting...
