На мой взгляд, стоит добавить описание, каким образом можно вносить и тестировать изменения в проекте. Что нужно установить - ruby? Может что-то еще? Как сбилдить проект?

В общем, без how-to никуда:)

Добавлено описание запуска проекта в ReadMe.md
To run the project locally, use the Jekyll static site generator:

$ docker-compose up
$ http://0.0.0.0:4000/design-patterns/
Deploy site to GitHub Page:

The site is deployed to the GitHub Pages automatically in the maser branch, after pushing to the source branch.
