Start recording download stats and make them publicly available.. Should include last 7 days, 30 days and all time for packages and number of overall bundles generated

Details:

  • Store information for last 7 days, lat 30 days, all time.
  • All-time download stats should be included in the tooltip in Blazor.
  • Primarily store this in a database but maybe also an option to store it on disk as JSON instead.
